Boat capsize at Fathsagar ( 6:15 PM Date 21/08/2010)
Today evening at around 6:15 PM a boat capsize in Fatehsagar near solar observatory,drowning one person.The boat occupied with 13 people including 4 children was taking a round of the lake over turned ,the people inside were rescued by a nearby boat standing at the solar observatory.
I happened to be on the nearest side of it on Rani Road,barely 100 mtrs away ,reading Fali S.Narimans latest book, "Before Memory Fades" ,when i decided at 6:15 PM to take a stroll on the Road.On my return to the spot some 20 Minutes later I captured what I saw,the camera man from the news paper arrived half an hour later.
Body of the person drown not taken out till I left the scene at 8 :00 PM ,with the family members crying for help and police waiting for the divers to come.
